Planning the Field Trip Week

14 have signed up as interested in the Field Trip Week for September. This Monthly Status Meeting is a good time you YOU all to join in and help us with the planning.

We to plan to meet and assemble the equipment that we want to carry up to the mountain tops.

We do plan to give some guided tours to locations where there have been interesting sightings.

We also plan to meet some local people and get their stories and experiences.

We had a meeting with Scott Deschaine, you can read about his work here:

What is that status for:

The Blue Box project

We still transfer stacked images every day to a google folder and the pictures we capture are discussed on discord. Thank you for everyone that participate in the discussion!

The Blue Box do need a better internet connection - it is old, unstable and we need to upgrade it.

We also need to move all the videos out of the box - but we do not have enough data on our internet subscription - so we should have a big hard-disk.

Financial situation

Income:

• We expect about 2.000 NOK (197 USD)
  as income from paying member every month.

• No donations this month.

• We have about 12.000 NOK (1,150 USD)
  on our bank account.

Expenses

• The internet connection to the Blue Box needs an upgrade!
  Estimated cost: 6.000 NOK.

• We need some TB to save the video recordings

• We need to buy equipment soon to deploy
  during the Field Trip Week
